The Malawi Digital Broadcast Network Limited (MDBNL) is a public entity mandated to provide signal distribution services to all licensed content providers (broadcasters).
MDBNL was registered under Companies Act on 20th February, 2014 but officially started its operations on 1st July, 2015.
To be a world class signal distributor.
To distribute high quality digital terrestrial signal for licensed content service providers through
multiplexing and transmission for information dissemination and accelerated socio-economic development.

Services We Provide For You
MDBNL packages content from Content Service Providers (CSPs) into appropriate bouquet(s), operates and maintains digital broadcasting network through which content is distributed and delivered to consumers.
MDBNL, through its Technical Services Department, provides assistance and technical advice to such customers so that they can enjoy the better quality picture and sound, and more channels in the digital era.
MDBNL also conducts consumer awareness on digital migration to bridge the knowledge gap among members of the general public to ensure that the Malawi population has adequate relevant and accurate information necessary for them to understand, appreciate, be ready and willing to migrate to digital broadcasting.
MDBNL manages a Customer Experience Centre which operates between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs during weekdays; and between 08:00hrs and 15:00hrs during weekends and Public Holidays.

- Receiving visitors to MDBNL premises
- Answering enquiries from the public
- Provision of information about our products and services
- Handling customer complaints and/or queries.
